Constructing a Basic Angle Diagram

A simple geometric diagram shows a point O with two rays extending from it: a horizontal ray Ox and a second ray Oy angled upward to the right, forming a basic angle. Drawn in blue lines on a white background with no labels or text, the animation isolates the pure visual structure of an angle. It is useful for introducing angle notation and vocabulary to beginning geometry or trigonometry students.
